YWCA associations have been at the forefront of the most pressing social movements for over 160 years. YW3CA combines mission-based programming and advocacy to generate community change. Our three key focus areas are racial justice and civil rights, empowerment and economic advancement of women and girls, and health and safety of women and girls. Our dedication to the mission is evident in our annual reports to the community. Each year, YWCA Tri-County Area showcases a snapshot of our programs, activities, successes, and challenges.
