Pottstown residents now have increased access to basic health care through a partnership
between YWCA Tri-County Area and Community Health & Dental Care. YWCA has provided the space for CHDC health care services to see patients at a new health center located at 300 E King Street, Pottstown, PA.
YWCA Tri-County Area and Community Health & Dental Care hosted a ribbon cutting event on
Tuesday, September 7.
Among those who joined the ribbon cutting ceremony were Mayor Stephanie Henrick of
Pottstown, John Armato of Pottstown High School, Jenn O’Donnell of CHDC, Eileen Dautrich
of Tri-County Area Chamber of Commerce, Linda Fields YW3CA Board Chair President, and
Tara Smith YW3CA Board Chair Vice President.
Opening remarks by Stacey Woodland, CEO of YWCA Tri-County, Jenn O’Donnell, Chief
Marketing & Operations Officer for Community Health and Dental Care, and Eileen Dautrich
President of the Tri-County Area Chamber of Commerce preceded the official ribbon cutting.
“This new health center is just another example of our continued commitment to better
serving our community. This opportunity to partner with a strong organization like CHDC will
allow us to offer what families need most at times that are convenient and accessible to
them. We’re excited to announce that families can officially sign up for appointments today,
to be seen here, in this exam room. CHDC will also be offering Covid testing and vaccinations
starting Wednesday September 8th at 1 pm,” shared Stacey Woodland.
“We are thrilled to bring health centered services & well checks to the community and meet
people where they are. This is a tremendous opportunity for residents and the Pottstown
community to increase immunization, access to well-checks and work hand-in hand with
parents to offer comprehensive health care to families in the area,” said Jenn O’Donnell.
“We love to support partnerships in the community! This is a great representation of two
wonderful organizations working together to make the community better,” stated Eileen
Dautrich.
This partnership will provide access to health screenings, basic health care, and more. CHDC
providers will see patients between 3- 5 p.m. on Tuesdays. Appointments will be available in

This new health center will be following CDC guidelines for mask wearing and social
distancing.
