Guidance & Changemakers
As a sister association of one of the country's oldest and largest women's organizations,YW3CA has worked collaboratively for over a century to address pressing social issues, voting and civil rights, affordable housing, quality child care access, gender-based violence, and health care reform.
YW3CA’s whole-person approach improves upward mobility through equitable practice, trauma-responsive care, education, evidence-based curricula, prevention, social services, workforce development, training, and inclusive advocacy that supports and empowers communities to effect positive change.
Stacey Woodland, CEO
" YWCA Tri-County Area will continue to strengthen and reinforce the strong yet flexible foundation as we work to meet the challenges of our community. Your ongoing support is more important than ever as we continue moving forward toward eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. "
